- 新渠道运营：负责全国重点CVS连锁、药店、折扣店及其他新零售渠道的整体业务运营和管理，制定渠道年度，季度，月度销售目标及拓展计划，确保业绩指标达成；
- 客户开发与维护：负责渠道内新客户开发、老客户维护及客情关系深化，对接渠道采购、运营负责人，洽谈合作政策、进场谈判、合同签订等事宜，建立长期稳固的合作关系；
- 产品动销管理：策划并执行渠道专属促销活动、陈列优化等方案，提升产品上架率，打造渠道爆款单品；
- 市场调研与分析：实时跟踪渠道动态，市场品类趋势及消费者需求，定期出具市场渠道分析报告，针对性调整渠道分销产品，配合公司开发适合渠道销售的专属差异化单品；
- 经销商管理：结合渠道特性，负责对应渠道经销商的开发、筛选与准入评估，制定经销商合作标准，搭建优质、稳定的经销商网络；主导经销商合作洽谈，合同签订等工作；根据公司整体业绩规划，制定经销商年度、季度、月度销售指标并及时督促达成销售任务；
- 完成上级交办的其他渠道相关业务工作
