Ready to make a meaningful impact with our youngest learners? Cross Country Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support preschool students in Chicago Ridge, IL.
Position Overview:
- Provide speech-language services for preschool students during scheduled FMLA coverage assignments, including screenings, evaluations, and direct therapy to support early communication development.
- Manage a preschool caseload while maintaining compliant documentation, progress reports, and service minutes.
- Partner with families, classroom teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate communication goals into the daily learning environment.
- Provide consistent speech-language support and continuity of services during scheduled FMLA coverage periods: 8/17/26–11/6/26 and 10/12/26–1/8/27.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License
- Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Pathologist (Non-Teaching) endorsement
- Experience working with preschool-aged students preferred
