As a Manager Projects/operations, you will Drive execution efficiency, across the IP Dev projects, develop executive-ready presentations and documentation, sending out status & accomplishments reports, managing special projects and supporting senior staff. Candidate should be able to develop flows enhancing project management efficiency using industry leading AI tools or developing scripts.
Job Description:
Drive the project management/execution for IP Dev projects.
- Initiating the project, planning, and outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Establishing and maintaining communication with the project team, management, and stakeholders
- Coordinating project meetings and decision-making processes
- Executing the work, coordinating and supervising the project team and ensuring that they have the tools required for delivering the project on time
- Completing the project and creating required documentation and reports for the management
- Drive special projects chosen as highest priority for alignment across organizations and overall product time to market.
- Develop, coordinate, and sustain top-level organizational objectives with regular report-outs to senior leaders.
- Implement and oversee key metrics to ensure deliverables are achieved and have desired impact.
- Promote collaboration, drive deliverable execution.
- Lead and develop executive-ready presentations, team highlights/low-light summaries, objective summaries, and all-team communications.
- AI proficiency is a must - candidate should be able to develop flows enhancing project management efficiency,
- Leveraging Artificial Intelligence.
