Bună și bine ai venit la noi. We are excited to welcome an experienced and people-oriented professional who will play a key role in supporting both our employees and business operations in Romania.

As our Senior HR and Admin Specialist, you will serve as the local HR representative and office management lead, ensuring excellent employee experience while maintaining efficient workplace operations and compliance with local requirements.

• Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle in Romania, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, retention, and offboarding.
• Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers on HR matters, providing practical guidance and support throughout the organization.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits administration, employee records, attendance, and HR documentation in collaboration with external providers.
• Ensure compliance with Romanian labor legislation, internal policies, and company standards.
• Support performance management, talent development, employee engagement, and learning initiatives that contribute to a positive workplace culture.
• Prepare HR reports, workforce analyses, and management updates to support business decision-making.
• Oversee daily office operations, facilities, workplace services, vendors, and administrative processes to ensure a productive work environment.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, local events, team-building activities, and office-related projects.
• Partner closely with regional HR teams, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to support organizational growth and continuous improvement.

Your profile

All right, all right, that sounds interesting, doesn't it? To thrive in this role and make a meaningful impact, your ideal background would look something like this:

• You have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, Office Management, or a similar generalist role within a dynamic business environment.
• You bring hands-on experience across the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, performance management, and employee engagement.
• You have a solid understanding of Romanian labor legislation, payroll processes, HR compliance requirements, and employee lifecycle management.
• You are experienced in managing office operations, facilities, workplace administration, vendor relationships, and local service providers.
• You possess excellent organizational skills and can effectively balance multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• You build strong relationships with employees, managers, and external partners through professionalism, trust, and effective communication.
• You have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities and enjoy finding practical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• You are comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with regional and international teams.
• You handle sensitive employee and business information with the highest level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.
• You are fluent in Romanian and English (minimum C1 level, written and spoken). Additional languages are considered an advantage.
