Key Responsibilities
- Drives Asia Supply Chain Ecosystem development with a primary focus on Built to Print commodities to support both volume production and quick turn NPI needs
- Works cross functionally across internal Commodity teams to identify gaps in Asia Supply Chain and jointly drives capability enablement, technology transfer and development of potential Asia suppliers
- Provides technical leadership to internal and external team members to drive supplier capability development and leads supplier development teams to achieve project & program goals
- Collaborates with external agencies to drive Singapore & Asia supply chain innovation
- Develops project plan and oversees from conception and planning to implementation, including strategies, processes and resources. Ensures objectives are clearly defined and agreed across cross functional teams
- Responsible for managing schedule and task details by utilizing project management tools such as reports, tracking charts, checklist and project scheduling software.
- Drives allocated resources from other organizations to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project.
- Provides engineering and business process expertise to team and other members on various significantly complex programs/issues.
