Job Description:

Job Profile Summary: Responsible for supporting aircraft maintenance operations by delivering parts, tools, and materials to technicians in a timely manner. Maintains inventory accuracy, and coordinates with warehouse stores and maintenance personnel to ensure parts availability while adhering to FAA regulations and company safety standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver parts, tools, and materials to technicians in a timely manner to support maintenance and repair operations.

• Pick, stage, and distribute parts based on work orders, and production schedules.

• Verify part numbers, quantities, and documentation to ensure accuracy before issuing materials.

• Assist return unused, unserviceable, core parts following company procedures.

• Accurately complete inventory transactions and material movement documentation using ERP or inventory management software.

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely.

• Ensure compliance with company safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Support AOG (Aircraft on Ground) or other high-priority requests by expediting critical parts and materials.

• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all required documentation, labeling, storing to including the scanning and imaging of work packages and traceability documents while meeting all AerSale and Customer requirements.

• Adhere to all FAA regulations, company policies and all applicable safety and quality standards

• Assist Department Manager and supervisor as required.

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

• 1 year of Warehouse, Shipping, Receiving, and Inventory experience required.

• Must be able to successfully complete AerSale Forklift Training.

• Basic computer knowledge required.

• Read, write, and understand the English language.

Skills and Abilities:

• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Must exhibit a high level of confidentiality with work product.
