• Planning for the execution of vessel, Premix & filling, Forklift operation and production activities for attainment of shift target.
• Ensure usage of adequate PPE’s during operation and ensure safety of colleagues working in surroundings.
• Follow SOP and procedure and maintain production records as defined and perform all the safety and quality checks.
• Plan activities for you next shift member like heating of viscous RM, Premix preparation, packing material arrangement.
• Fill logbook and ensure effective handover to next shift team member. Address alarms and report to shift leader write in logbook for any unsafe condition and quality issue.
• Ensure Proper accounting and dosing of raw material in operation. Planning of shift activity, communication to shift member, maintain logbook and support in production activities.
• Ensure workstation order creation and address all the process alarm to maintain Safety and product quality.
• Ensure all procedures and checklist followed during shift operation. Preparation of Raw materials like heating and cooling before loading to the vessel.
• Execution of production orders through SCADA. Pumping of polyols and premix to the vessel.
• Operation of Fiege filling station for packing Drums and IBCs. Preparation of premix with the guidance of batch card and taking care of all safety precautions.

Education:

Diploma in Chemical engineering or bachelor's in chemistry

Experience :

Fresher to 1 year experience
