 Providing timely and accurate advice to colleagues in relation to People & Culture (P&C) processes and policies via inbound/outbound calls or cases and promoting self-service through Knowledge Articles in the ServiceNow portal

Key Accountabilities

• Responding to cases via the ServiceNow portal within provided Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Meet agreed quality, productivity targets and customer satisfaction (cSAT) rating expectations
• Promotion of self-service by showcasing available Knowledge Articles
• Contribute to continuous improvement culture by suggesting actions to make improvements to operational activities as necessary
• Accurate data input of Real Time Management (RTM) tasks

Experience

• Experience of 3 -6 years in HR Operations
• Worked in a high volume/complex contact centre/operations environment
• Prior experience of HR operations, query handling and managing HR systems like Workday, SAP, Success factor.
