About the role
We are looking for Pastry Commis 2

What you will do

• Facilitate the process of producing food from scratch to final product which comply to strict hygiene standard and according to recipe.  
• Follow notes of recipes and pick up charts, ingredients that are to be served with the featured menu items
• Preparing, cooking, finishing, and garnishing of all Hot & Cold, pastry food products.
• Cook and prepare menus for restaurants and banquet, (a la carte, buffet and open kitchen)
• Make sure that set ups and mis-en-place are done accurately before opening the restaurant
• In respective kitchen area, check the food rotation, food quality and presentation.
• Keep all food storage and refrigeration clean and in accordance to Four Seasons Food Safety and Hygiene.

What you bring

• Requires a working knowledge of division operations.
• Working knowledge is generally learned on-the-job.
• Requires the ability to operate and utilize culinary production equipment and tools effectively.
