Pay: $38-43/hour and up (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time and Part time | AM and PM

Position Summary
Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team on a full-time PM shift. This role is ideal for an LVN who is dedicated to providing high-quality care in a supportive long-term care environment. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report changes to the healthcare team
Accurately document nursing care, treatments, and observations
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal resident outcomes
Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and state regulations
Qualifications
Current LVN license in good standing
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused approach to care
