ABOUT THE POSITION:
Residential Journeyman Electrician Company: SALT Service Co. | Location: Austin, TX Pay: $75,000 – $160,000 / year + $2,000 Sign-On Bonus! Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (or until jobs are complete)

What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality residential electrical installations, troubleshooting, and repairs.
- Provide "white-glove" customer service, actively listening to needs and clearly explaining solutions and pricing.
- Ensure all work strictly complies with local safety codes and city ordinances.
- Maintain a clean workspace, professional appearance, and collaborative team attitude.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: At least 1 year of residential electrical experience — we love helping driven professionals grow!
- Licensing: Valid Texas Residential Wireman or Journeyman License.
- Customer-First Mindset: Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people.
- Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Bonus Skills: Experience using ServiceTitan is highly preferred.
