Individuals must we located in the Kansas City, KS area. You will be expected to report to the Kansas City, KS office, 106 Graystone Avenue Kansas City, KS 66103, 5 days a week.
The opportunity:
We are looking for a candidate who thrives on variety. Our Print and Mail Specialists perform a number of different duties each day, using a variety of software and equipment. The candidate must have a quick eye for details and an understanding of the deadline-oriented environment with multiple priorities we operate within to always make life brighter for our clients.
What you will bring with you:
Experience using production level, high speed scanners, printers, and mailing machines.
Comfortable using laptops and computerized equipment.
Demonstrated familiarity with Microsoft Outlook and Office products as well as Zoom and Teams meeting platforms.
Demonstrated ability working within a team, as well as independently with minimal Supervision.
Demonstrated ability to make production decisions to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated communications with team members, senior leaders, internal and external clients.
Strong customer service skills.
Understanding overtime may be required on short notice to ensure we meet our clients expectations.
Physical Demands:
Ability to work in either a seated or standing position for extended amounts of time.
Manual dexterity is required in carrying out responsibilities.
Ability to lift 30lbs on own and heavier items using available equipment such as carts or lifts.
Ability to work in a shared office/production environment.
