Your role at Baxter:
You, as Supervisor of MROs and exportation, will ensure the accurate operation and improvement of warehouse management. This includes indirect materials, export logistics, and controlling the flow of finished products. Such responsibilities include handling intracompany raw material export logistics. They also involve handling import and receipt of indirect materials. Inventory control, shipment of completed goods, and export logistics are part of the role. The role also requires controlling and supervising the flow and release timing of products within the facility and distribution centers in the United States and abroad.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate, control, and supervise the accurate management of the company's indirect materials warehouse. Lead international shipping operations accurately. Ensure the organization's goals are met and the budget for these areas is followed. Maintain regulatory, quality, and safety compliance of operations. .
- Supervise and control tasks related to financial compliance and inventory management of indirect material, intracompany sub-assemblies and finished product of the plant.
- Control and supervise when the finished product is released internally in the plant. Additionally, coordinate transit times to warehouse facilities throughout the U.S. and other markets.
- Ensure a good interpersonal climate throughout all departments they coordinate, promoting open communication, motivation, teamwork and development of their direct reports.
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations applicable to the areas of supervision, which are, but are not limited to: EHS, Quality System, SOX, local and international Financial Regulation, Free Trade Zone Regulation, Customs Regulations, Legal Regulations and CTPAT.
- Support and promote continuous improvement in supervised operations to achieve corporate savings programs (MIPs) for the organization.
- Actively seek, coordinate and implement continuous improvement processes in all areas under their responsibility.
What will you bring?
- Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Relations or related careers.
- Minimum experience of 3 years in the area of logistics, Supply Chain and/or warehouse operations.
- Intermediate English language skills, minimum (B2).
- Experience with personnel management.
- Experience in project management.
