Project Title:
Process Water Tank 3 Installation Project

Description:

• To provide civil engineering support for the planning, coordination, technical documentation, and site execution monitoring of the Process Water Tank 3 Installation Project by using AI tools.
• The project covers civil and structural-related works such as piling, foundation/plinth preparation, water tank installation coordination, construction planning, QAQC documentation, and compliance with site safety requirements.                                                                             

Scope:

• Review and assist in compiling project-related drawings, specifications, SOW documents, contractor submissions, and technical records.
• Support the review of method statements for piling works, plinth casting, and water tank installation.
• Assist in monitoring contractor documentation, including risk assessment, manpower resources, safety plan, traffic management plan, construction schedule, QAQC checklist, and contingency plan.
• Join site inspections and site walks to understand actual site conditions, access constraints, material storage planning, work sequencing, and safety requirements.
• Assist in preparing meeting minutes, technical summaries, inspection records, photo reports, and action item trackers.
• Support project coordination between Facilities CSA, system owners, EHS, procurement, consultant, and contractor teams.
• Assist in tracking project progress and highlighting documentation gaps or pending actions for follow-up.

• Drawing and document review summary.
• Site inspection and observation report.
• QAQC and method statement review checklist.
• Project progress and action item tracker.
• Improvement proposal for project documentation and tracking process.

Stretch Goal:

• Identify improvement opportunities in project documentation flow, construction coordination, and handover readiness.

Requirement

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or related engineering discipline.
