Advanced Management Strategies Group (AMSG) is seeking a Fiscal and POM Coordination Analyst to support a prospective effort with the Global Positioning Network (GPN) Program Office (PO). This is a Contingent Hire position.

Position Summary
Provide specialized fiscal coordination and analytical support during peak Program Objective Memorandum cycles and other directed GPN financial-planning activities.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate POM data calls and consolidate inputs across Program Office sections.
Draft budget exhibits, cost estimates, fiscal briefings, and programmatic justification documents.
Maintain databases that track budget execution, funding allocations, adjustments, and decision status.
Validate financial inputs and support zero-error preparation of budget exhibits.
Coordinate with Government fiscal leads and stakeholder organizations to meet directed deadlines.
Required Qualifications
Experience with DoD financial management, PPBE/POM processes, budget formulation, execution, or program analysis.
Strong quantitative, analytical, Excel, briefing, and data-quality skills.
Ability to work accurately during high-tempo fiscal cycles and meet fixed suspense dates.
Active Secret clearance and eligibility for a DoD CAC.
Preferred Qualifications
Marine Corps or Department of the Navy POM experience.
Experience developing budget exhibits and programmatic justification materials.
Work Conditions
Work may be performed on-site at the Pentagon or Quantico, Virginia, or at a contractor facility, as designated by the Government.
Government business hours are generally 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday; the workday must support Government business hours.
Some positions may require CONUS and OCONUS travel.
Employment is contingent upon contract award, position availability, verification of qualifications, and satisfaction of security and onboarding requirements.
