Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary:
As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud services. The role requires managing the development pipeline to ensure solutions are production-ready, integrating generative AI models, and working on diverse AI domains such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing. Collaboration with various teams to align project goals and deliver innovative AI-driven solutions is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring seamless deployment and operational efficiency in both cloud and on-premises environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven workflows to enhance system capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and technical skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of AI solutions with organizational objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Experience with designing and deploying AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of generative AI models and their practical application within enterprise solutions.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to develop and optimize chatbots and image processing systems.
- Skilled in managing end-to-end AI solution pipelines ensuring production readiness and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
