Welcome guests with a pleasing smile
Receive and take care of special guests
Give the required information about different areas of our hotel to the guests
Promote the services provided by our hotel
Answer the telephone in a timely and professional manner
Performs any additional tasks which are assigned by Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Student majoring in Hospitality Management or Equivalent
Language: English / Vietnamese, written, spoken and reading proficiency in the English language
Computer: Microsoft Office
