$19.84 - $25.40

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Printing Courier is responsible for the daily transportation of varying patient, medical, and operational needs for the organization. They are responsible for the daily transportation of the USPS mail needs of the organization.

EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE:

Minimum:

• 1 year work experience

Desired:

• Courier/Deliver experience
• Mail distribution experience
• Printing business experience

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

Minimum:

• Current California Driver’s License
• Eligible to be insured under the Medical Center’s Liability Policy with DMV Report (and minimum age 21)

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

Must be able to follow instructions and prioritize duties, work efficiently and accurately in an energetic environment. Must have good customer service and time management skills. Organizational and multi-tasking skills are essential.  Must be able to maintain confidentiality.  Must be able to operate general office equipment.  Familiarity with postal process and regulations. Must be able to maneuver physical aspects that are required, lifting up to 50 pounds and walking between 5-7 miles per shift. Must be able to fulfill the essential functions of the position.
