Jerry Seiner Las Vegas Mazda is looking for an experienced Bumper-to-Bumper Mazda Technician to join our growing service team. If you excel at diagnosing complex vehicle concerns, enjoy solving challenging mechanical and electrical issues, and take pride in delivering quality repairs the first time, we want to hear from you.
This position is ideal for a skilled technician who can confidently perform everything from advanced diagnostics and engine repairs to electrical troubleshooting and drivability concerns. Compensation
$22 - $32 per Flat Rate Hour
Compensation is based on experience, certifications, productivity, and performance.
What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair Mazda vehicles from bumper to bumper.
- Perform advanced engine, transmission, driveline, suspension, steering, brake, HVAC, and electrical repairs.
- Troubleshoot complex drivability and electrical concerns using Mazda diagnostic equipment.
- Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs according to Mazda factory standards.
- Perform thorough vehicle inspections and provide accurate repair recommendations.
- Document repairs and diagnostics clearly on repair orders.
- Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair status and additional service recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Meet productivity goals while delivering exceptional workmanship and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive technician experience.
- Mazda dealership experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability troubleshooting skills.
- Experience performing bumper-to-bumper repairs on domestic, import, or Japanese vehicles.
- ASE Certifications are a plus.
- Ability to efficiently perform repairs in a flat-rate environment.
- Own professional technician tools.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
