As a Sales Operations Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and protecting the company's brand image within our Internal Firm Services practice. You will manage brand campaigns, conduct market research, and confirm consistency across all channels. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will develop your personal brand, deepen your technical skills, and become aware of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and stakeholders, delivering quality work even when the path forward is not clear.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires, you will collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives. Your efforts will drive revenue growth, promote the firm's services, and enhance brand visibility. By utilizing market research, digital marketing, creative campaigns, and effective sales strategies, you will engage clients and achieve organizational targets. Responsibilities
-Developing and distributing targeted sales content using Alliance-specific materials, ensuring alignment with each Alliance team’s priorities, offerings, and client-facing requirements.
- Supporting sales enablement activities to strengthen Alliance team effectiveness and engagement.
- Organizing, coordinating, and sharing relevant enablement assets with internal stakeholders to support sales conversations, opportunity development, and market-facing activities.
- Maintaining accurate and timely data entry related to Alliance opportunities, pipeline activity, bookings, reporting inputs, and operational trackers.
- Preparing, updating, and supporting recurring reports for Alliance teams, ensuring data is complete, accurate, and readily available for leadership and stakeholder reviews.
- Supporting performance visibility and reporting, enabling stakeholders to understand Alliance performance, pipeline movement, bookings, and key operational metrics.
- Providing operational assistance to Alliance teams as needed, including coordination, follow-ups, reporting support, and other administrative and operational activities.
What You Must Have
- 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, alliance/partner operations, CRM administration, reporting, data analytics, or business operations, preferably within a professional services or B2B environment.
- Strong knowledge of CRM and reporting tools, including experience with Salesforce, Power BI, dashboards, data analysis, performance tracking, and operational reporting.
- SAP ecosystem experience preferred
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
