Additionally, you will gain exposure to acquisition integration projects as our business expands.
Key Responsibilities:

- Travel as required to support team needs
About you You have at least 1+ years of experience in an IT support role and possess a solid foundation in computer basics, including Microsoft Windows OS and Office. You are a natural troubleshooter who is comfortable physically handling equipment and managing the end-to-end process of preparing and shipping gear. You take pride in your work, have strong attention to detail, and understand the importance of clear communication when onboarding new employees.
You are a team player who can build great relationships with customers and third-party vendors.
Required Skills:
- PC hardware setup and configuration.
