Circle K Business Centre is looking for someone who is passionate about fuel logistics and would like to join our global family as:

Fuel Distribution Planner for Europe 24/7

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: Riga, Latvia 

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided) 

Main responsibilities:

• Support fuel delivery reconciliation processes

• Help to optimize fuel deliveries to Circle K customers and stations

• Provide operational support to drivers and resolve fuel delivery related issues

• Optimize delivery costs while ensuring uninterrupted fuel availability across the network

• Perform other departmental tasks as assigned by the manager

Main requirements:

• Degree in, or currently studying, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in the logistics field

• Availability and willingness to work night shifts, including weekends and public holidays, according to a rotating shift schedule

• Fluency in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with colleagues across Europe

• Good computer skills (MS Office)

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Precise, organized and stress resistant personality;

• A proactive commitment to continuous improvement and a collaborative, team-focused approach.
