Senior Account Executive

Description

Tyto Athene is seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive the sales of our FedRAMP accelerator solution to software vendors who work with Federal government customers.

 

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a pipeline through prospecting, account planning, events, and industry conferences.
• Develop a deep understanding of the stackArmor offerings in order to communicate with potential customers through discovery conversations, product demonstrations, and executive presentations.
• Partner with solutions engineers to execute tailored product demonstrations that propel deals forward.
• Maintain an accurate forecast of deals in HubSpot or similar CRM package
• Partner with marketing to convert campaigns into a qualified pipeline.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing in partnership with the contracts team and leadership.
• Sell industry leading Federal Compliance acceleration solutions and services to commercial ISV’s and Federal FSI’s.

Qualifications

Required:

• 8-10 years of quota-carrying SaaS or software sales experience, running full sales cycle for six and seven figure deals.
• Must have knowledge of Federal Public Sector specifically around Federal Compliance (FedRAMP, DOW IL’s, FISMA, CMMC, GRC).
• The ideal candidate will have strong presentation and communication skills, and a  customer service based approach.
• Proven track record of building pipelines and exceeding quota.
• Knowledge of AWS, GCP and Azure and how to interoperate with their teams.

Location:

• Position can be remote but must be willing to come to the Reston office as needed.

Travel:

• Must be willing to attend trade shows and events as needed

Compensation:

• Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically between $125,000 and $150,000 base salary plus commision. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
