About the role:

The Europe Operations Strategy Manager plays a critical role in shaping and driving the strategic direction of dōTERRA’s European Operations network. This position partners closely with cross-functional leaders across Fulfillment, Distribution, Demand Planning, Inventory Control, and Procurement to develop and execute data-driven operational strategies that support scalability, efficiency, and Member experience. The role is responsible for evaluating network design, identifying expansion or optimization opportunities, and delivering actionable insights through advanced analytics and financial modeling. Additionally, this individual leads the development of monthly performance dashboards and executive reporting, enabling senior leadership to make informed, strategic decisions that enhance supply chain performance across the region.

Role could be based in either of our Germany, UK or Ireland based offices depending on the successful candidate's location, office presence is required 3 days a week, with a 2 days possibility to work from home.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive operational strategies that support doTERRA's growth across Europe.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize our fulfillment and distribution network while improving efficiency and service.
  • Partner with teams across Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory, and Demand Planning to deliver impactful cross-functional initiatives.
  • Support strategic projects, including new market launches, infrastructure investments, and operational improvements.
  • Conduct scenario modeling, analyze operational data and transform insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Develop business cases and identify opportunities for cost savings, process optimization, and long-term value creation.
  • Support strategic initiatives such as new market entry, product launches, and infrastructure investments.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives by simplifying processes, standardizing ways of working, and exploring new technologies.
  • Build and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs to support informed decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to Operations leadership, influencing decisions through data-driven insights.
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the supply chain.
  • Lead cross-functional projects that deliver measurable business impact while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree (MBA or similar) preferred.
  • 6–10+ years of experience in supply chain strategy, operations analytics, consulting, or related field.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in data modeling, financial analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (SAP preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple supply chain functions (fulfillment, logistics, planning, procurement).
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as needed.
