Description
About
At Boston Harbor Water Restoration in Weymouth, MA, we do things differently. We are a fast-growing, tech-forward restoration company led by a young, driven team that genuinely cares about investing in our people. While the restoration industry is notorious for high churn and treating techs like temporary bodies, we operate like a championship team: we hire higher-skilled, high-drive professionals, hold a high standard, and pay accordingly.
We live by three core values: Hustle, Discipline, and Teamwork. Around here, respect and trust are earned through consistency and quality work. If you take pride in your craft, love being alongside high-performing co-workers, want to increase your income over time, and are seeking an opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that has your back, you'll fit right in.
About the Role
We are seeking a Mitigation Technician. In this role, you are the frontline hero helping homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, and property emergencies. You will perform hands-on containment, demolition, extraction, and restoration while capturing project data digitally.
You need to be a driven individual, looking to grow, and earn more. In fact, if you are working towards saving for a new vehicle, house, or anything else, this job will help you get there faster! You can work additional hours and receive OT pay. And, we want team members who care - show up on time (or early!), take pride in their work, and naturally give 100% effort in everything, and want to help.
This isn't just a daily labor job - it is a launchpad. We expect technicians to master project scopes rather swiftly, run jobs self-sufficiently without hand-holding, and position themselves to advance into Lead Technician or Production Manager roles, if that is desired.
What's In It for You
-
Top-Tier Hourly Pay: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour (based on experience and technical skill).

-
No-Complaints Mindset: Every day brings something different - from high-end home cabinet removal to messy sewage extractions. You tackle it all with a positive, can-do attitude. Every day is something different and new.
-
