The Details:
- Position: On Call Attendant
- Location: Sphere Las Vegas, NV
- Schedule: will be event based - NOTE: this is an on call position
- Hourly: $15/hr

Eligibility & Assignment • On‑call coverage is a condition of this role and is assigned based on business and event needs. • On‑call status does not guarantee a minimum number of scheduled hours. Shifts are offered as events arise and may vary week to week. • Eligibility, rotation schedules, and response expectations are determined by the department. Employees must be able to respond to on‑call opportunities within the timeframe communicated by management.
Minimum Commitment • Employees assigned to on‑call status must accept and complete at least two (2) on‑call shifts per calendar month, unless excused by management for an approved reason (e.g., FMLA, ADA accommodation, approved leave, USERRA military duty, documented hardship). • Failure to maintain minimum on‑call participation may impact continued eligibility for the role.

The Spirit of the Position:
The Event Staff members are frontline personnel responsible for greeting, engaging and interacting with all customers attending events (sporting events, music concerts, etc.).
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Lot / Facility Operations:
• Processing of event passes and credit card transactions as assigned. • Direction of event and transient traffic as assigned.
Customer Service:
• Promote good customer relations by consistently providing exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor. • Resolve customer service issues or refer them to a supervisor as needed. • Meet and greet each customer with courtesy and excellent service. • Understand how to direct different customer types to the appropriate locations.
Skills:
• Adhere to dress code – Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, wind, heat, etc.) and stand for extended periods (3–6 hours). • Follow all safety standards. • Communicate effectively with management, supervisors, and traffic directors. • Expedite traffic flow efficiently. • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively. • Ability to speak, read, and comprehend the English language. • Open to feedback, different perspectives, and coaching. • Demonstrates urgency, timeliness, and proactive improvement. • Strong interpersonal and team‑building skills.
Experience:
• Experience handling cash and conducting monetary transactions. • Parking industry experience preferred but not required. • Previous experience working in outdoor or extreme weather conditions preferred.
Other Assigned Duties:
• Reporting all incidents in accordance with company policies.
Physical Demands:
• Ability to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds. • Ability to stand, walk, and run for extended periods. • Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and lift frequently throughout a shift. • Willingness to work in all weather elements (heat, wind, snow, rain, etc.). • Ability to work all events as scheduled, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
