Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The primary objective of this role is to develop and lead the hypercare phase of the GTM transformation for PBF distributors and new distributors for Pharma Channel, ensuring the design and stabilization of new operational processes and ways of working for distributor.
The purpose is to provide close monitoring, support and issue resolution during the stabilization period, guaranteeing seamless adoption of new practices. The scope encompasses overseeing end-to-end process performance, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvements to secure long-term sustainability of this new model.
Your Impact
• Lead day-to-day Hypercare activities supporting the Go-to-Market transformation across the PBF distributor network, ensuring operational stability and execution discipline.• Monitor end-to-end process performance during the stabilization phase, proactively identifying operational risks and improvement opportunities.• Identify, prioritize, and coordinate the resolution of operational issues, ensuring timely implementation of corrective actions and business continuity.• Ensure new operating processes achieve the expected levels of operational maturity, governance, and sustainability.• Analyze financial and operational KPIs, translating data into actionable recommendations to improve productivity, profitability, and execution performance across the distributor network.• Perform P&L analysis, identifying key revenue, gross margin, cost, and profitability drivers, supporting business performance reviews and decision-making.• Monitor commercial performance, sales trends, and investment effectiveness, highlighting risks and opportunities to improve business results.• Develop financial analyses, scenarios, and business cases to support operational initiatives, transformation priorities, and continuous improvement actions.• Facilitate alignment across Finance, Sales Operations, Sales Intelligence, Customer Service, and other cross-functional teams to support execution of transformation initiatives.• Report implementation progress, operational performance, financial results, risks, and key insights to transformation leadership.• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on performance analysis, ensuring sustainability of transformation benefits.• Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and capability-building activities to strengthen distributor management and analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
• Key Skills: Complete college degree• Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and AI-powered productivity tools.• Desirable intermediate English and Spanish proficiency.• Previous experience in Sales, GTM, Commercial Operations or distributor management roles is desirable.• Good interpersonal relationships and communication skills, with the ability to influence and integrate cross-functional teams• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in dynamic and fast-paced environments.• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.• Experience supporting transformation initiatives or process implementations is desirable.• Strong organizational and follow-up skills, ensuring effective execution and completion of action plans involving different areas.
