OR15787 - Senior Inclusion Lead (Grade 8) - Interims
PAYE: £52.33 per hour
Limited/Umbrella: £70.89 per hour
Key Responsibilities
- Early Identification of NEET Risk: Use data and professional insight to identify students at risk of disengagement or exclusion, and implement targeted support strategies.
- NEET Risk Tracking: Maintain and monitor a live register of students at risk of NEET, using attendance, attainment, and wellbeing data to inform support plans.
- Provision Coordination: Identify and place learners in appropriate alternative provision or post-16 pathways, ensuring quality assurance and alignment with learner needs.
- Transition Support: Provide hands-on support for transitions between KS4 and Post-16, including college applications, interviews, and access to careers advice.
- Multi-Agency Working: Attend and contribute to Team Around the Child (TAC) meetings, PEP reviews, and safeguarding discussions to ensure education remains central to planning.
- Engagement & Attendance: Work directly with schools, colleges, and providers to improve attendance and engagement, including home visits and outreach where necessary.
- Staff Support & Guidance: Offer practical advice and coaching to school staff on inclusive practices, behaviour support, and trauma-informed approaches.
- Youth Voice & Empowerment: Ensure young people are involved in planning their education and future, helping them build confidence and self-advocacy skills.
