The Role
Your Role
As a Consult Partner, you will drive profitable growth, lead strategic consulting engagements, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients. You will shape and deliver business and technology transformation initiatives, manage executive relationships, oversee engagement delivery, and contribute to Kyndryl’s strategic objectives through innovation, thought leadership, and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Drive revenue growth, signings, and profitability across consulting engagements.
Build and strengthen trusted CXO-level client relationships.
Lead complex consulting engagements from strategy through execution.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Ensure high-quality delivery, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Mentor and develop talent while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Contribute industry expertise, thought leadership, and strategic direction to Kyndryl’s growth.

Required skills and experience
•Extensive experience in customer engagement and relationship management at the CXO level
•Demonstrable ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives
•Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate or public sector environment
•Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins
•Experience of managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders
•Deep understanding of industry trends and technology.
•Sound personal brand and presence in the industry
•Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change
