Role summary:The (USA) Director, Strategic Account Management provides leadership in developing and executing business strategies that align with organizational objectives and customer needs. About the team:
The Strategic Account Management team builds strong partnerships between Supplier and Merchandising teams to optimize the use of Customer First Data Powered by Scintilla. This team drives strategic decisions through stakeholder engagement, data modeling, and relationship management. Members collaborate to identify opportunities, develop business cases, and support account planning and forecasting. Emphasizing clear communication, negotiation, and continuous improvement, the team delivers measurable results aligned with business goals. By leveraging insights and maintaining operational standards, the team plays a vital role in enhancing customer and business outcomes while upholding company values.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
- Analyze costs, forecasts, and market trends to inform revenue forecasting and business planning.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive new product development and enhance customer success management.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to maximize business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee operational processes, measure outcomes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Coach and mentor team members to develop talent and support succession planning.
- Drive negotiation strategies to secure favorable agreements and long-term relationships.

- Proven expertise in strategic account planning, revenue forecasting, and sales forecasting techniques.
- Strong decision-making skills supported by data analysis and business acumen.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
