Join Pyramid Healthcare as a Driver in York, PA, and play an important role in helping individuals access the care and support they need. You’ll help ensure our clients get to appointments, services, and other destinations safely while providing a professional, compassionate presence along the way.

Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Starting Pay
$15/hour
What You’ll Do
- Safely transport clients to and from designated regional locations
- Provide supervision and support during transportation
- Complete basic housekeeping duties at assigned locations when not transporting
- Maintain accurate documentation related to transportation and services provided
- Respond appropriately to emergency or crisis situations
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe vehicle
- Work independently while remaining connected with the treatment team
- Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Safe driving record
- Prior professional driving experience is preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and respond appropriately in challenging situations
- Dependable, professional, and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable interacting with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Commitment to confidentiality, safety, and ethical decision-making
