Machine Operator – 2nd Shift 3:00pm – 11:00pm
We at FILTRAN are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to operate various types of machinery used in the manufacturing process.
The ideal candidate will have experience of operating a range of machinery and be able to work independently to ensure production goals are met.

We at FILTRAN are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to operate various types of machinery used in the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have experience of operating a range of machinery and be able to work independently to ensure production goals are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up machines for operation according to job order specifications.
- Operate machinery safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or malfunctions.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines as needed to ensure proper functioning.
- Troubleshoot problems with machines and make minor repairs as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes and ensure timely production.

Qualifications
Machine Operator – 2nd Shift 3:00pm – 11:00pm
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- Knowledge of machine operation and maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Must be able to communicate in English as well as read instructions in English.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
