- Review clinical indications and collaborate with ordering providers to ensure appropriate imaging
- Maintain accurate documentation and manage patient tracking and follow-up
- Submit comprehensive studies to the radiologist and ensure results are returned to the ordering provider
- Partner with providers and radiologists when additional review or escalation is needed
- Maintain clear documentation to support clinical care and accurate billing
- Support ultrasound workflows, including PACS, tele-radiology coordination, and equipment maintenance
- Educate patients as appropriate and contribute ultrasound expertise to Tia’s interdisciplinary care team
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of clinical ultrasound experience, including at least 1 year in OB/GYN, gynecology, or women’s health
- 3+ years of women’s health ultrasound experience preferred
- Excellent pelvic and gynecologic ultrasound scanning skills
- Strong ability to recognize abnormalities and know when to escalate findings
- Understanding of gynecologic anatomy, symptoms, and common clinical indications for ultrasound
- Experience with PACS and radiology workflows
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and patient follow-through
- Clear, concise communication skills and comfort collaborating with providers and radiologists
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Familiarity with ultrasound documentation and billing requirements
- Ability to maintain and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment within scope
Why Tia
