Description
About LEARN Corporation
LEARN Corporation is Thailand’s leader in lifelong-learning EdTech, but at our core, we are simply a group of people who believe that education changes lives. We use technology to make learning accessible for all ages, with a dream to serve as a private 'ministry of education' that genuinely supports learners nationwide.
But to transform education at a national scale, our internal engine must operate at the speed of tomorrow. We cannot build the future of learning on legacy workflows. This is where your true impact begins. By rewiring our operations with AI, you are doing much more than eliminating bottlenecks—you are creating a massive multiplier effect. Every hour of manual work you automate is an hour our teams redirect toward innovating education, expanding our reach, and fundamentally helping to make Thailand's future better and better.
About This Role
As a core member of LEARN Corporation’s AI Special Team, your mission is to elevate organizational capabilities by redesigning workflows with AI to maximize productivity and enhance the quality of work delivered to our customers. Embedded directly into specific business units or corporate functions, you will co-lead workstreams to resolve bottlenecks and drive measurable transformation from the ground up. Operating at the intersection of business and technology, you will move beyond advisory—taking a hands-on approach to build AI workflows, shape enterprise-wide AI policies, and drive change management. By bridging the gap between cutting-edge tech and people, you will ensure our workforce adapts seamlessly and securely to the future of work.
What You'll Drive
- Embedded Workflow Optimization: Immerse yourself directly within specific Business Units (BUs) or Corporate Functions to deeply understand their day-to-day operations. Actively map out existing processes, identify systemic bottlenecks, and pinpoint the exact areas where AI integration or process redesign can drastically boost operational productivity and elevate the quality of products and services delivered to our learners.
- Technical Execution & Automation Building: Work independently or collaboratively to build and maintain AI and data workflows to support automation processes. Deploy a broad spectrum of solutions—from prompt engineering and low-code/no-code platforms to custom scripting—delivering both immediate quick wins and scalable, robust solutions.
- AI Policy & Governance Delivery: Collaborate cross-functionally to implement comprehensive AI policies encompassing HR guidelines, Tech standards, and Data Governance to ensure ethical, secure, and compliant AI adoption across the company.
- Change Management & Tech Unblocking: Act as the bridge between cutting-edge technology and non-technical staff. Translate complex AI concepts into practical language, coach employees through the adoption phase to minimize resistance, and actively resolve roadblocks.
- Culture & Capability Building: Champion upskilling initiatives and lead an internal AI community to cultivate a future-ready, AI-driven culture across the organization.
What You’ll Bring
- Software & Data Foundation: Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript/Node.js) with a solid understanding of database concepts (SQL or Vector Databases) and fundamental software engineering principles.
- Applied AI & Automation: Capable of independently building, deploying, and maintaining AI/data workflows. Hands-on experience with API integrations (REST, Webhooks), automation orchestration tools (e.g., Make, n8n, Power Automate, Zapier), and AI frameworks/APIs (e.g., OpenAI API, Gemini) to turn ideas into working prototypes that actually solve real process problems.
- Solution-Oriented Mindset & Business Acumen: Focused on solving actual business problems rather than just deploying technology. Must be able to measure tech impact through tangible business metrics (ROI, cost-saving, speed, and customer-facing quality).
- Policy & Governance Awareness: Clear understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and data privacy risks, ensuring all implementations strictly align with corporate governance and security standards.
- Communication & Change Management: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Capable of listening to operational pain points without technical bias, explaining complex tech in simple terms, and empathetically guiding cross-functional teams through organizational change.
- Background & Portfolio: Bachelor's degree with a proven portfolio or real-world experience in digital transformation, process optimization, or AI/Automation implementations, regardless of years of experience (highly capable fresh graduates with strong portfolios are welcome).
Note:
- Candidates with a demonstrated track record in effectively driving change management initiatives, or who have engaged in leadership extracurricular activities during or post-university, will be given special consideration.
- The Company may use AI-assisted tools to support data analysis at certain stages of the recruitment process. The Human Resources team oversees the entire process and retains final decision-making authority to ensure an accurate and comprehensive assessment. Applicant data will not be used to train AI models and will only be accessible to authorized HR personnel and the relevant hiring managers or supervisors.
