What You'll Be Doing
As part of our growing team, you will:
- Take ownership of the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of client entities, ensuring exceptional service delivery and operational excellence.
- Support the management and collection of accounts receivable.
- Maintain and update statutory records and corporate databases, ensuring all filings and payments are completed accurately and on time.
- Play an active role in company incorporations, restructurings, and liquidations from start to finish.
- Assist with the organisation and servicing of board meetings for client companies.
- Contribute to internal reporting and operational processes through the creation and maintenance of tracking tools, management reports, and compliance documentation.
- Support client onboarding activities, including the collection and maintenance of KYC and due diligence documentation.
- Build strong relationships with clients, tax advisers, lawyers, notaries, regulatory bodies, and colleagues across our global network.
- Gain exposure to corporate transactions and participate in structuring activities where appropriate.
- Develop your leadership skills by acting as a point of guidance for junior team members, supporting their development through coaching, training, work allocation, and review.
About You
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of their work.
You will bring:
- A degree in Business, Corporate Law, or a related discipline, along with approximately 3 to 6 years' experience in a corporate services, governance, legal, or similar professional services environment.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A proactive mindset, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and drive them through to completion.
- Excellent collaboration skills, balanced with the confidence to work independently when required.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining adaptable to changing business needs and urgent requests.
- A client-focused approach, with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with fluent English both written and spoken.
- A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a supportive and high-performing team culture.
