Position Summary:
Robinwood Dental Center is seeking a full-time Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, positive experience while supporting the daily operations of a busy dental practice. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome patients and visitors in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Check patients in for appointments and ensure accurate registration.
• Explain and collect required patient paperwork.
• Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions and scheduling needs.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage office communications.
• Perform a variety of administrative and office support tasks.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience through a calm, caring, and professional demeanor.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to support daily operations.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Professional, positive, and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and office technology.
Compensation:
• $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, based on experience.
