You’ll lead the day-to-day support for performance marketing colleagues in Colombia. This role brings together people leadership, workload planning, quality oversight, and operational support across social media, marketing automation, web, SEO/SEM, and related digital channels.
You’ll work closely with Marketing Studio leaders and regional partners to keep the team ready, aligned, and focused on consistent delivery. The role helps create a clear, supported environment where people can do their best work and where digital delivery runs smoothly.
How you'll make an impact
You’ll coach and support performance marketing colleagues in Colombia, helping them grow their skills across social media, marketing automation, web, SEO/SEM, and related disciplines. You’ll also work with the Marketing Studio Team Manager and functional leaders on hiring, onboarding, development, performance conversations, and team engagement, so people have the support they need to succeed.
You’ll also keep an eye on capacity, workload, and delivery, helping the team stay balanced and focused on what matters most. When issues come up, you’ll help spot risks early, remove blockers where you can, and keep work moving. You’ll support new ways of working, tools, and training, including Workfront, and look for practical improvements that make delivery clearer, faster, and more consistent.
About you
- You have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related subject.
- You bring 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, web, social media, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, content management, or a related area.
- You have at least 3 years of experience leading people, mentoring colleagues, or providing operational leadership in a marketing team.
- You have worked in one or more performance marketing areas such as web, social media, marketing automation, SEO/SEM, or content management.
- You understand digital marketing workflows, project management, service delivery models, and resource planning.
- You have worked in a matrixed, global, shared-services, or center of excellence environment.
- You can explain priorities clearly, work with different stakeholders, and solve problems in a fast-moving environment.
- You are fluent in English and Spanish.
