ABOUT US

KSS Spanish Immersion Preschools offer a full time, Spanish immersion preschool program

in the San Francisco Bay Area for children aged 2-6. Since 2000, hundreds of families have

experienced the benefits of our Reggio Emilia inspired, child centered program. Our native

Spanish-speaking teaching staff provide a warm and enriching curriculum that balances

child-centered play, with thematic structure to aid in language acquisition and academic

preparedness. We have locations in Walnut Creek, Berkeley, Oakland- Montclair, and

Oakland- Lincoln Highlands.

YOUR ROLE

As the Admissions and Marketing Manager for KSS Spanish Immersion Preschools, you will

lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive recruitment and enrollment

management strategy to support the growth and expansion of KSS Preschools.

Job responsibilities

? Oversee and manage the recruitment process of all KSS Preschools

? Provide leadership on all issues related to student recruitment and enrollment

management for KSS Immersion Schools

? Serve as an ambassador for the school’s mission and educational programs.

? Oversee, review and evaluate applications of prospective students and families as well

as student assessments.

? Work closely with the marketing team to develop necessary recruitment materials.

? Oversee the development of events and activities promoting the School, including open

houses, recruitment fairs, in-person tours, information sessions, evaluation days,

acceptance packages and family and student onboarding,

? Track and analyze admissions and enrollment data for indicators of effectiveness of

enrollment and outreach strategies.

? Work closely with faculty members and staff who support admissions during the

recruitment cycle.

? Develop and maintain relationships with feeder-schools, community organizations in

target markets, and key stakeholders in the independent school ecosystem

English and Spanish

? You have amazing organizational skills: You have a talent for handling multiple tasks

at the same time with frequent interruptions.

? You love technology: You are savvy with computers, Google Suite, working with

admissions databases and more.

? You love data: You enjoy using CRM systems to manage, track and analyze admissions

data. And you excel at creating data-driven projections and action plans.

? You thrive in a collaborative work environment: You love being part of a team, you

are flexible and adaptable and willing to help others as needed

This role location is TBD, but at one of our schools (Mileage reimbursement)

Requirements

? Bachelor’s Degree

? Experience working in admissions/enrollment management

? Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for recruitment events

? Full professional fluency in Spanish and English

? Experience working within SIS, CRM, and/or enrollment management systems

(specifically, knowledge of Veracross a plus).
