Through a combination of professional consultation, preventive care, and personalized wellness approaches, Our Client aims to provide a holistic experience that goes beyond conventional healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct face to face sales consultations to understand each client's health goals, history, constraints and budget.
2. Present AEVA programmes, memberships and services clearly, including what each does, what it costs and what it realistically delivers.
3. Close sales. Convert enquiries, walk ins, day pass guests and existing clients into suitable programmes and memberships.
4. Work the lead pipeline daily through calls, WhatsApp and structured follow up, meeting defined response time standards on new leads.
5. Maintain accurate records for every lead including stage, next action and outcome.
6. Coordinate with doctors and the wellness team so recommendations align with clinical assessment.
7. Manage renewals proactively by contacting members ahead of expiry rather than after.
8. Drive referrals through structured requests at defined points in the member journey.
9. Conduct member check ins during a programme to keep engagement and adherence high.
10. Handle objections, pricing discussions and payment plan options within approved discount authority.
11. Support AEVA events, VIP visits, roadshows and corporate activations as a floor presence.
12. Report daily and weekly on leads, appointments, conversions, closed value and pipeline.
13. Keep all verbal and written claims within approved messaging and advertising rules, and escalate clinical questions to the medical team rather than answering them.

Ad Hoc Tasks

• Support corporate and partner outreach, including offsite presentations.
• Provide structured feedback to Marketing on lead quality by source.
• Test new programme bundles or pricing pilots and report on response.
• Cover front desk or host duties during peak periods.
• Assist onboarding and shadowing of new consultants.

Requirements

Essential

• Proven direct sales experience with a closing track record you can evidence.
• Comfortable selling face to face and following up persistently without being pushy.
• Disciplined with pipeline and follow up systems.
• Well presented, articulate, and confident with premium and VIP clientele.
• Strong English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Comfortable working to a monthly sales target.
• Willing to work a 6 day rotation including weekends.

Preferred

• Sales experience in healthcare, wellness, aesthetics, fitness, gym memberships, hospitality, insurance, property or luxury retail.
• Experience selling high value packages or memberships with a long consideration cycle.
• Mandarin as an additional language.

Salary: Basic from RM 4,000 per month plus uncapped sales commission. Strong performers can reach five figure monthly earnings.
