Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Managing and overseeing all statutory and legal requirements on client assignments.
• Managing staff workloads on client assignments.
• Ensuring all client assignments are progressed efficiently and within agreed timeframes.
• Liaising with appointed attorneys and other service providers.
• Managing WIP on all client assignments
• Providing client progress reports with the Managing Director.
• Organizing and attending marketing events.


Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• ACCA / CPA professional accounting qualification or equivalent.
• Professional insolvency qualification. (Optional)
• Minimum of +5 years’ experience in insolvency and restructuring.
