- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment.
- Work well as part of a team.
- Are eager to learn and grow as an educator.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
Our Program:
At River Road Early Learning Center, we believe young children learn best through relationships, hands-on experiences, exploration, play, and meaningful instruction. Our teachers help children grow socially, emotionally, physically, and academically while creating a classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged.
We are looking for educators who see themselves as teachers, not simply caregivers—individuals who are excited to make a difference in the lives of young children every day.
College students interested in pursuing a career in early childhood education, elementary education, child development, or a related field are especially encouraged to apply for our part-time positions.
If you are passionate about working with young children and want to gain valuable experience in a preschool setting, we would love to hear from you!
