How Your Day Flows
Your day typically starts by reviewing open analytics and reporting intake items and confirming what information is still needed from requestors. You'll facilitate working sessions with operational partners, keeping discussions structured and outcomes-oriented, then translate what you heard into organized documentation the team can act on.
Between meetings, you'll sanity-check source data in the warehouse, clarify definitions for measures, and draft test scenarios so new or updated reports can be validated before release. You'll also coordinate review touchpoints to confirm accuracy and capture formal sign-off, while keeping timelines visible and documentation current.
The rhythm is collaborative and iterative-balancing stakeholder communication, careful detail management, and steady progress toward a more standardized analytics request framework.
