Cerebro Technical Support Specialist Co-op

Job Summary
Cerebro is our in-house AI product designed to strengthen and improve food manufacturing processes. It includes a Power BI reporting suite, a mobile application, and plantwide cameras that capture live manufacturing streams. This role provides frontline support for Cerebro to internal users by diagnosing issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring a smooth experience across systems and services. This role combines technical troubleshooting, clear communication, and customer care, with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely frontline support via email, phone, ServiceNow, and Azure DevOps, adhering to SLAs
- Troubleshoot issues across the mobile application, Power BI reporting suite, and in-house video wall application; escalate when required
- Document issues and resolutions in the knowledge base to improve support efficiency
- Collaborate with CI Engineering, Cerebro product and support teams, Tech Care, and Infrastructure teams across the FGF Group to report bugs, track recurring issues, and suggest improvements
- Guide users on best practices for using the Cerebro platform
- Monitor system alerts and logs (e.g., camera alerts, scheduled job logs) to proactively identify issues
- Maintain and update support tools, including ticketing systems and diagnostic utilities
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through clear communication, empathy, and follow-through
Key Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of MS Teams, MS Outlook, and common productivity tools
- Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow and Azure DevOps
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues across mobile applications and Power BI reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, time-management and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, APIs, Databricks, or basic Python scripting
- Enrolled in a Computer Science, IT, or Engineering program
