The Community Development Sr Mgr accomplishes results through the management of professional team(s) and department(s). Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Contributes to standards around which others will operate. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the entire function. Requires basic commercial awareness. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. Has responsibility for volume, quality, timeliness and delivery of end results of an area. May have responsibility for planning, budgeting and policy formulation within area of expertise. Involved in short-term planning resource planning. Full management responsibility of a team, which may include management of people, budget and planning, to include duties such as performance evaluation, compensation, hiring, disciplinary and terminations and may include budget approval.

Responsibilities:

• Create and deepen a portfolio of local relationships and community development organizations that position Citi as an innovator in Financial Inclusion and Community Development.
• Management and ownership of contribution and grant budget to develop innovative solutions in Citi’s priority areas
• Participate in and support Citi’s regulatory obligations by working towards achieving an “Outstanding” rating via fulfillment of annual performance targets, fulfilling commitments and providing performance context.
• Participate and coordinate in qualified activities that include delivery of financial capability activities with non-profits & schools and positioning of Senior Management on nonprofit boards.
• Assess reputational risk to the franchise and work with Government Relations, National Initiatives Team, and respective Citi businesses to devise appropriate solutions.
• Lead and convene community partners and influencers to identify consistent community needs and champion Citi’s efforts and support to address these issues.
• Represent Citi at public events, community meetings, press conferences and at internal and external visibility opportunities
• Identify and understand Citi businesses and how to leverage their respective product sets to benefit low and/or moderate income consumers.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.

Education:

• Bachelors degree, potentially Masters degree

• Licenciatura en carreras económico-administrativas. Preferente que la persona esté titulado(a). Deseable diplomados o cursos con enfoque financiero.
• Tenga manejo del idioma inglés nivel intermedio alto (lectura, escritura y conversación).
• Manejo de Office (avanzado).
• Experiencia en due diligence, gobernabilidad en compromiso social.

Responsabilidades:

• Ser vínculo en distintas áreas de apoyo de Compromiso Social y Fomentos, para facilitar y promover el trabajo en equipo, para resolver problemas y situaciones complejas originados por procesos de transformación asociadas a procesos administrativos,
• Dar seguimiento a los KPI de desempeño administrativos para Compromiso Social y mejorar la sinergia con las áreas centralizadas de servicio.
• Desarrollar, monitorear y actualizar el tablero de control de KPI de las diferentes áreas que integran a Compromiso Social.
• Consolidar y analizar los resultados de las áreas de Compromiso Social. Crear reportes y presentaciones para los diferentes comités y consejos de Compromiso Social, será responsable de la gobernabilidad.
• Recomendar nuevos procedimientos de trabajo y contribuir con el desarrollo de nuevas técnicas, modelos y planes para robustecer la gobernabilidad de Compromiso Social.
• Llevar el seguimiento financiero para facilitar la toma de decisiones de Compromiso Social.
• Experiencia en áreas de Responsabilidad Social y manejo de fundaciones.

Calificaciones:

Entre 5 y 7 años de experiencia relevante.

Preferencia de experiencia en gestión administrativa y financiera.

Dominio de habilidades de gestión de proyectos.

Habilidades eficaces de comunicación verbal y escrita, y de presentación.

Habilidad de fomentar y gerenciar relaciones.
