What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional service by phone, email, social media, and in person—always with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Assist customers with billing questions, payments, online account access, and more.
- Perform accurate daily data entry and support key billing processes, including researching payment issues and processing exceptions.
- Use tools like Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat to prepare reports, handle refunds and transfers, and create mail merge documents.
- Support daily operations such as phone system use, lockbox balancing, and other administrative tasks.
- Contribute to a collaborative, respectful, and high-performing team environment.

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Basic–intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat

Work Schedule
This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday; Either 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduation from high school or equivalent and two years of experience in performing moderately complex clerical work involving billing procedures and cashiering or in the extension of credit and the collection of accounts; or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the desirable knowledge, abilities and skills.
