Description
As an All Source Analyst, SME, you will leverage your expertise in all-source intelligence subject matter expertise to drive the development and refinement of advanced analytical tools and workflows. You will be responsible for translating the nuanced processes of real-world analyst operations into actionable AI and machine learning logic, ensuring that emerging technologies align with the practical needs of intelligence professionals. Your day-to-day work will involve advising system architects, shaping prototype requirements, and collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure that solutions are both innovative and operationally relevant. Success in this position will be enhanced by your tactical operational experience at the division or corps level, as well as your deep understanding of Army intelligence data, enemy and friendly courses of action, and collection capabilities. Familiarity platforms such as AIDP and Palantir, along with a strong grasp of data flow across interconnected systems, will be crucial. Your ability to provide senior-level advisory input and foster effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will be essential as you help shape the next generation of intelligence analysis tools and processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct deep all-source analytical tradecraft to support intelligence operations and decision-making
- Translate real analyst workflows into AI/ML logic to enhance system capabilities
- Apply tactical operational experience, preferably at DIV/CORPS level, to inform analysis and system development
- Analyze and interpret Army intelligence data, including enemy and friendly COAs and collection capabilities
- Utilize experience with AIDP, Palantir, and data flow across systems to optimize intelligence processes
- Advise system architects and shape prototype requirements based on operational and analytical needs
- Provide senior advisory support and collaborate effectively with technical teams to drive project success
Qualifications
- Must be U.S. citizen
- 10 years of experience leading with All‑Source Analytical Tradecraft
- Experience with any of the following:
- Ability to Translate Real Analyst Workflow into AI/ML Logic Tactical Operational Experience (DIV/CORPS Level Preferred)
- Understanding of Army Intelligence Data, Enemy and Friendly COAs, and Collection Capabilities
- Experience with AIDP, Palantir, and Data Flow Across Systems
- Ability to Advise System Architects and Shape Prototype Requirements Senior Advisory Skills & Collaboration with Technical Teams
Bonus if you have
- Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into military intelligence workflows
- Familiarity with emerging Army intelligence platforms and modernization initiatives
- Prior experience supporting technical prototyping or rapid capability development
- Certifications in Palantir or related data analytics platforms
- Experience briefing senior military or government stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.
