Summary:
As a Business Architect, your day involves engaging deeply with clients to uncover opportunities that drive measurable business value. You lead comprehensive evaluations of the current operational landscape and collaborate with stakeholders to capture overarching customer needs. Your role includes designing strategic business solutions and frameworks that align with these insights, while also crafting compelling business cases to support the realization of the envisioned outcomes. This position requires a thoughtful approach to shaping business direction and ensuring alignment with client goals through structured analysis and solution development.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies with project objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster their professional growth.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to inform business architecture decisions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear and actionable solutions.
- Experience in developing business cases and strategic plans to support business initiatives.
- Familiarity with retail industry operations and merchandising concepts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS).
- This position is based at our HDC5A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
