Rezeptionist (m/w/d) in Teilzeit
Deine Aufgaben:
- Du bist das Gesicht unseres Standorts und empfängst Kunden und Kollegen
- Du organisierst 5 Konferenzräume (Buchungen, Technik, Sauberkeit)
- Du betreust die Telefonzentrale auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Du kümmerst dich um Büroorganisation, Post, Kuriersendungen
- Du verwaltest Parkplätze, Jobtickets und unterstützt beim Fuhrparkmanagement
- Du unterstützt bei internen/externen Veranstaltungen
Zu deinem Profil:
- Freundliches, professionelles Auftreten mit Freude am Kundenkontakt
- Serviceorientierung und "Hands-on" Mentalität
- Belastbar und organisiert, auch in stressigen Situationen
- Fließend Deutsch, gute Englischkenntnisse
- Gute MS Office-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung am Empfang, in der Hotellerie oder im Einzelhandel wünschenswert
