The Opportunity
Due to continued growth and the expansion of our operations, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of a major energy infrastructure business.
You will be at the centre of the organisation, providing executive support, coordinating governance activities and helping to foster a high-performing and collaborative workplace culture.
Reporting to the Project Director you will work closely with executives, project teams, government stakeholders and external partners to ensure office operations, administration and stakeholder engagement activities are delivered efficiently and professionally.
This role is ideal for a highly organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing executive support, office management and stakeholder coordination responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide proactive executive support, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and preparation of reports and presentations.
Manage day-to-day office operations, facilities, onboarding activities and administrative systems to support business effectiveness.
Coordinate governance activities, including Board and committee administration, meeting documentation and records management.
Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting meetings, workshops and engagement activities.
Support financial and commercial administration, including invoice processing, procurement coordination and vendor management
Required Skills and Competencies
Demonstrated experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant or similar role supporting senior leadership teams
Exceptional organisational and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a professional and confidential approach.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced infrastructure, project or corporate environment.
