With over 20,000 pairs of boots from top national brands including Justin, J.B. Dillon, Masterson, Harley-Davidson, Sterling River, and more, we’re looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Sales Associates.
As a Sales Associate, you’ll help create a welcoming shopping experience while assisting customers in finding the perfect pair of boots and apparel.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations
- Help customers find the right fit and style through strong product knowledge
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver a great customer experience
- Stay up to date on current promotions, products, and store policies

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team players who thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays

Requirements
Essential Physical Requirements:
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift)
- Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
- Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area.
- Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
